Su formación educativa en Gestión Estratégica de Capital Humano y en el área de Negocios, la hecho entender las necesidades de las empresas y empleados para alinearlas entre sí. Su reto constante es promover el poder que la cultura tiene en una organización y cómo es clave para el éxito.
Como líder, Raquel busca que las personas expongan su autenticidad en ambientes de alto impacto, logrando alcanzar las metas individuales y colectivas.
